Our crew provided the customer with high-quality spray foam throughout the entirety of the building. All main level walls, gable end walls, and constructed basement walls were insulated with 4″ of open cell foam insulation. The remaining concrete basement walls were insulated with 2″ closed foam, creating a complete air and vapor barrier. The rim joists received 4″ of open cell foam while all the joints (framing, seal plates, multi-plated studs, headers, windows and doors) were surrounded with insulation. And finally the roof deck of the house received 6″ of open cell insulation, sealing off any vents and an air tight, 94% efficient thermal cap on the house.
