We installed 2 inches of closed cell foam to the roof deck, exterior walls, and gable ends. This will increase structure strength and ensure that the building stays a more comfortable temperature year-round, because any gaps and cracks will be sealed off. And since closed cell foam is a class 2 vapor barrier, the insulation will also help prevent moisture from entering the building.
