This home received 6 inches of open cell sprayfoam insulation on the roof deck, creating a seal on the ridge vents, gable vents, and soffit vents. It also received 4 inches of open cell foam on the rim joists and exterior walls. Sprayfoam insulation has the unique ability to fill gaps, nooks, and crannies to completely air seal the home. This will make sure conditioned air stays inside the home and that outside air doesn’t make its way inside. The home will be more comfortable and energy efficient with the best insulation available.
