Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had concerns about his crawlspace. Upon inspection, we found that it already had a heavy-duty liner laid down across the entire area and on the walls above grade. It also had proper drainage installed which includes a sump pump. The crawlspace has a dehumidifier in the space. The crawlspace was in need of a mold treatment to the wood surfaces of the crawlspace and is in need of perimeter air sealing insulation.

Solutions provided:
Our solutions included the wood surfaces being treated in a two step process for bacteria
growth to both kill the bacteria and protect the wood from future bacteria/mold growth on the wood. We then installed a class II vapor barrier closed cell foam to all perimeter walls and down onto the liner of the crawl space area.
