Solutions provided:
Our project team insulated the ceiling with 5 nominal inches of open cell foam and this was coated with our class-3 vapor barrier, this will assist in preventing moisture build up in the building.
The floor of the home was also sprayed with 2 nominal inches of closed cell foam, this helps prevent energy escaping through the flooring of the building and keeping it the desired temperature year long!
