Solutions provided:
Our crews insulated the roof deck with 6 nominal inches of open-cell foam insulation. This will seal off all ridge vents, gable vents, and soffit vents. Creating an air-tight 94% efficient Thermal cap on the house.
We then insulated the wall cavities which we shaved flush so drywall can be installed.
