Our crews removed old fiberglass insulation from the crawlspace. We then sprayed a mold treatment along the area, ensuring any current and future growths were taken care of. Crews installed perimeter drains along the side of the crawlspace to make sure the area was draining properly with a sump pump in the event rain or groundwater entered the crawlspace area. We then laid down a liner then applied spay foam insulation to encapsulate the area. We finished a complete encapsulation with a dehumidifier to ensure no moisture would be within the are.
