Solutions provided:
Our crews installed a 30 mil liner treated with an antimicrobial finish that protects against mold and mildew growth on the liner.
Then the foundation walls were insulated with 2 nominal inches of closed-cell foam insulation, creating a continuous seal onto the liner.
We also insulated the rim joist with 4 nominal inches of open-cell foam.
