Our team removed the previous liner and replaced it with our preferred liner that was sealed with 1″ of closed cell foam insulation by our insulation division. This creates a continuous seal on the liner, preventing moisture into the crawl space and creating mold/mildew and other future moisture issues as well as preventing heating/cooling escaping from the house.
