The customer had concerns about his crawlspace. Upon inspection, we found that it already had a heavy-duty liner laid down across the entire area and on the walls above grade. It also had proper drainage installed which includes a sump pump. The crawlspace has a dehumidifier in the space. The crawlspace was in need of a mold treatment to the wood surfaces of the crawlspace and is in need of perimeter air sealing insulation.
