Solutions provided:
Our insulation crew insulated the roof deck with 6″ of open cell foam insulation as well as adding a vapor barrier to the foam, this will create an air tight 94% efficient Thermal cap on the garage as prevent moisture from condensation in the garage.
The 2×6 wall cavities are filled with 4″ of open cell foam. This not only provides a complete air seal for the project, but creates an R-value of over 15 for the space.
