Solutions provided:
The roof decking of the barndominium was sprayed with 6 inches of open cell foam. The 2×6 stud cavities were insulated with 4 inches of open cell foam. This will not only provide a complete air seal for the project, but will also will yield an R-value of over 15 for the space.
