This customer from Burkesville, KY had a large garage attached to the office, and in most cases, attached garages are one of the biggest sources of heat loss in a home and garage office space, because of air leakage. Aside from the air leakage, there is always the fear of carbon fumes as well as other dangerous gases that can travel from the garage into the attached area without the proper air seal.

Solutions provided:
Our crew at Reed’s Sprayfoam Insulation, applied 6″ of open cell foam insulation was applied to the ceiling of the garage, as well as and possible space for a air leakage to occur inside and outside of the office/garage. They also insulated the wall separating the garage from the attached office with open cell foam insulation.
This created a 94% efficient air barrier in the garage.
