Our crew provided the crawl space earth with a reinforced 12 ml 3-ply high and low density liner with an antimicrobial finish that protects against mold and mildew pore creating in the crawl space. The crawl space walls were lined with 2 inches of closed cell insulation joining the liner to create a complete sealed vapor barrier, and the rim joists were also lined with 4 inches of open celled foam to seal any leaks from the rim joist areas. Smart drains were installed along the perimeter of the crawl space, leading to a sump pump drainage system, and a dehumidifier was placed to prevent moisture from entering the area.
