Our crew provided the homeowner with 6″ of open cell foam along the ceiling of the basement; not only did this seal the basement from the first floor space, but also provided sound deadening on the floor of the space as well! Then, the wall cavities of the front room of the home were filled with 1.25″ of closed cell foam. This allowed for the walls to seal out the outside air and stay comfortable year round.
