Problem:

Mary called in to The Basement Doctor regarding her crawl space. Mary stated that she was seeing water where the wall and concrete meet. It was Mary’s belief that the water was coming in from the outside. Mary stated that the crawl space needed to be sealed. The crawl space entry itself was about 4ft high. Mary was unsure of how long the seepage had been going on. She was preparing to sell the home, so this was certainly an urgent matter. Solution:
