I found Reed's Home Solutions via ANGI, and we couldn't be happier with their work! From Brent (Project Mgr), Rick (and his crew), Jim (installer of radon fan, etc) to Shawn (electrician), all treated us respectfully and patiently.... answering all of our questions and just plain being kindly. We had but a small crawl space under our house, but high radon readings. Rick's team did an awesome job of encapsulating that space! Our radon readings went from over 21 picocuries to under 4. Yay! All of this work was done in a timely way with the greatest respect for our schedules and property. We HIGHLY recommend this company!
TODAY, I'm adding an addendum to the above post. It has been nearly 3 months since REED'S completed their awesome work of radon mitigation for our home. Our radon readings have been UNDER 1 !! We breathe with peace of mind, knowing that we're not being exposed to this deadly gas. We had had 2 concerns (which now seem silly): Would the fan be loud? Would it affect our power bill? NO and NO. LOL Kudos to the Reed's team! Thank you, again!!
