Comment: Great group of guys. They came such a long ways. Introduced themselves, shook hands and took interest in what I was doing and a great sense of humor . The down fall was a faulty nozzle and they worked hard to remedy the situation. They couldn’t do it and had to come back. Note the logo with the come back crew on the cab door. lol. Well, 2nd day they hit another snafu as 2 1/2 hours into it, the pump quit working. Frustrating, but what can you do. Third time was a charm with the bigger truck. It put my drywall guys behind though, but they have stayed later to finish. However the foam wasn’t as trimmed to the drywall guys liking, so they charged me, but Reed’s made it right in compensation. They also gave me a discount, so very pleased. The company followed up every step of the way with phone calls. Even with the problems, no fault of their own, it was a good experience. My skeleton even shared pizza with the “homies”.
