General Operations Manager
Growing up as the son of a self-employed contractor and store-owner, Josh comes by his business savvy honestly. He has worked along-side his father and has served in all aspects of the business, from working on the crew, painting in people’s homes, to becoming a crew leader, installing spray foam insulation, supervising and overseeing jobs, serving as a sales representative, as well as now educating and advising homeowners on energy efficient solutions. He enjoys meeting and talking with homeowners to customize a system that meets the unique needs of their home. Like his Dad, Josh is a dedicated Reds, Bengals, and UK Basketball fan. He and his wife, Jenna, have been married for almost 12 years and have 2 daughters, Delaney and Brynn. They enjoy working in youth leadership at their church and traveling any time they get the chance.
