Quality Assurance Manager
Jim has been with our company from the start, and although his role in the company has changed throughout the years, his loyalty and dedication has not. He now serves as our Quality Assurance Manager, and he does follow up visits after projects are completed to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied and taken care of. Jim and his wife, Trish, are like family to us, and we appreciate the hard work Jim has put in for so many years to help make Reed’s such a successful company.
